- Graduation - Thursday, July 29
- New Semester Begins - Thursday, August 5
- Labor Day Holiday - Monday, September 6
- Semester Break - November 22-23, 29-30
- Thanksgiving Break - November 24-26
- New Semster Begins -Wednesday, December 1
Leisure Classes
All Leisure Classes will be held at the Louisiana Culinary Institute - 10550 Airline Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70816
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO refunds on Leisure Classes; however, payment for a class can be transferred with at least 72 hours notice. Thank you. (There is a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 persons per class.)
